BarefooT Running

Dear Readers, You must be thinking , that why am I writing this , Because I am running and I run with people who are better then me and not better then me , now , the people who are better then me falls to this category of bare foot running , chi running , pose method running. Where as , there are many types of running. but I will start with barefoot running , it basically running with shoes. its a tougher way of running and a easy way to loose weight , again here loosing weight is my primary moto since when I started this fitness and all thing, Some tips and information about barefoot running. Dear Readers , Today i will discuss how to buy new things , with market survey and online internet survey , which i did personally being belonging to middle class family, like suppose if i want to buy a pair of black formal shoes , what i am gonna do, i will take a local market survey for both local footwear and branded foot wear , if its suit my pocket then i will buy , AND if not  then i will surf over famous websites such as flipkart, amazon etc, hence where i am gonna see that ratings and popularity is high for some of the products , although buying stuffs over internet is pretty tough and smarty things , but if u had a local market survey already , then it will a easy stuff for you to do.
