Office Etiquette Part A

This post for mainly for the people who work in corporates or big companies. To be specific
Be Professional because !  Professionalism is the center of any individual who wishes to succeed at work.
Now goes the Positive Attitude, It is contagious. We all have been there where if we are together with a positive person, the whole environment turns positive and you begin to feel more positive. Your colleagues will come in all shapes and form. Some will be really positive, while some can be really negative.
But In My opinion most commonly Learn Names AS  Dale Carnegie, a world-famous writer once stated that “A person’s name, to that person, is the sweetest, most important sound in any language” As humans, our names is a reflection of us. Just like how you would like people to address you by your name (rather than a generic salutation such as “Sir” or “Madam”), others would also expect likewise.
I think Social media today has become as common as eating and drinking. Almost everyone with a smartphone has the usual social media apps installed (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, etc). We may be tempted to use social media in any setting, including at work.
On Some Short Note on clusions few small points i would like to share such as:-
Respect the privacy of People around you, Pay Some Attention towards yourself and to your dressing, have some telephone etiquette, Be well learned for email etiquette, Making good impression and others.

Consistency over Persistent

It’s amazing what you can achieve when you apply persistency and consistency, they can take a small modicum of talent and turn it into great results, allowing us to achieve things that we never thought were possible. Persistency is the art of continuing especially in spite of opposition, obstacles, discouragement, and sometimes, even failure. That ability to get up one more time than you have fallen down. Consistency is about sticking to the schedule, being disciplined and making an effort each and every day. Talent alone is not enough. There are hundreds and thousands of talented people who have never achieved their goals because they lacked these two characteristics. E-mail Etiquette

Dear Readers, This is about Email Etiquettes We should Convey our message professionally by using adequate sentence and proper justified meaning,  We Should never use abbreviations or emoticons in business emails as it is a sign of unprofessionalism.  Never include any confidential information in an E-Mail,  If you are attaching any supporting documents then mention the file name in the email body as enclosed. Always Start with Good Greetings Such as HI, GOOD MORNING, ETC Always end the body with a Question or Thanking you or Thank You  Do not forward chain letters or “junk” mail, and never make any sexist, racist or otherwise discriminating remarks in an e-mail. If you will be unavailable for some time, make use of the automatic “out of office” reply function so that you do not appear to be ignoring e-mails. I guess that would be Email Etiquettes. ......
