Today I will tell about what is the difference between running and cardio exercise? which type of exercise is required? how much required? how long required? benefit of these exercise!
Running as discussed in earlier posts , its a vigorous fast and effective exercise to loose weight, increase speed, endurance, metabolism, and other many factors , .
But cardio exercise is different and unique in its own way, it basically represent the core workout and strength workout , where you push body limit to a different level .
what my routine is , I do running at night min 5km max 16km and 6days morning cardio exercise , here what is happening by running your body get loose , hence you are required to do some exercise to tightend up the muscle , therefore its necessary to do cardio and running both simultaneously to loose fat , without any fail, in a daily routine ,
these exercise have different unique time , it depends upon you , how much you have take further to your satisfaction level .
