Early Office Hours

Guys ,

Today I will share about why we should reach our office /work place early or before the actual time ,
we can say there is time zone in which we need to get in , like a time where we adjust our self and get acquaintance with surrounding again and again , repeating all the things same time,
We know that we need to work daily same thing again and again why not we should kick start every single day with good time zone .
now what is time zone , here time zone refers to the zone where we adjust our self for the surrounding and present works atmosphere , for e.g. before exercise , we run to get body warmth , we drink water before food , we walk before run , we pasteurize milk before drinking , we cook food before we eat, we sharpen our pencils before we write , we iron our clothes before we wore then , and the list goes on , motive is why we do so ? What is the purpose ? what we will get out of these effort?
what is going to happen afterwards ? what is after effects of these actions? and so on.
all for one things is that the results will be positive, the results will be fruitful.
the results will be extra ordinary and the results will be outstanding .
I personally always come early to the office because I need to get in to the time zone to do work with full energy and motivation.
Guys  Corporate office is like you will be always demotivated , overtime and stressful work , but , just remember we have to be consistence over persistency.

Consistency over Persistent

It’s amazing what you can achieve when you apply persistency and consistency, they can take a small modicum of talent and turn it into great results, allowing us to achieve things that we never thought were possible. Persistency is the art of continuing especially in spite of opposition, obstacles, discouragement, and sometimes, even failure. That ability to get up one more time than you have fallen down. Consistency is about sticking to the schedule, being disciplined and making an effort each and every day. Talent alone is not enough. There are hundreds and thousands of talented people who have never achieved their goals because they lacked these two characteristics. They either gave up when they experienced failure, or they weren’t consistent about putting in the required effort. Talent without effort will always remain unfulfilled potential. Many times in my life I have taken what little talent I have and far exceeded what people thought was possible by applying persistency and co...

E-mail Etiquette

Dear Readers, This is about Email Etiquettes We should Convey our message professionally by using adequate sentence and proper justified meaning,  We Should never use abbreviations or emoticons in business emails as it is a sign of unprofessionalism.  Never include any confidential information in an E-Mail,  If you are attaching any supporting documents then mention the file name in the email body as enclosed. Always Start with Good Greetings Such as HI, GOOD MORNING, ETC Always end the body with a Question or Thanking you or Thank You  Do not forward chain letters or “junk” mail, and never make any sexist, racist or otherwise discriminating remarks in an e-mail. If you will be unavailable for some time, make use of the automatic “out of office” reply function so that you do not appear to be ignoring e-mails. I guess that would be Email Etiquettes. ......
