only exercise is not going to help you 100% Nutrition is needed , in every day we choose right food and right Habits ,
So first habit is choosing the right content of food
Today i was trying to eat chips no doubt we love junkies but the things is, i look and the back of the ingredients and found FAT and CARBOHYDRATES quantity per 100gms , and found there is much higher value of food then i consumed on normal diet ,
i instantly kept it back , because , i decided not a take single ounce of fat externally , when i internally already have some .
Noodles , pasta, pizza these are the food made up with Maida or in other words white flour which is dangerous to health if not consumed properly ,
Guys its a myth to drink carbonated water over these stuffs to digest , instead of soft drinks , have luke warn water regularly in order to digest the white flour , but in my opinion , ignore junk food and try to replace it with delicious food such as pizza made at home with brown bread, or good sandwich made with lite unprocessed butter (white) included with vegetables
i would prefer always to have great food and delicious food which involved effort and dedication to maintain it in our daily habit .
