Today i shall talk with you how to sleep and well,
you must and come to many blogs and views but to be very frank and honest , its all about whats the intake in the morning ,
in my experience of past six months , what i have seen that if i have something very very nutrition full , then i will be energetic.
Like for E.G., water intake in the morning followed by green tea/coffee followed by , healthy fibre activated milk shake followed by a good lunch and followed by evening snacks and light dinner and good post dinner.
But The main thing is only consume what your stomach have capabilities .
If you more and digest less then it towards fat , and also , if you eat less and digest more , than , sooner you will be under weight .
