Today i shall discuss about how i loose my weight 20kg in approx 6months.
started with a very slow intensity exercise in my initial days , as discussed in earlier post about the average pace of loosing weight, keeping that in my i started more intensity in my exercise.
now about exercise, they varies from time to time , change exercise every month, followed by a bit diet such as , dont eat outside until and unless u know it very very good for your health.
major part of loosing weight is running as disuccused in earlier post , running should be done .
