100 DAYS OF RUNNING

Guys,
I have registered for 100 Days of running Event and I am pretty excited for this event.
Let me tell you about this event.
This is the The 4th edition of 100 Days of Running will start on Sat, Apr 28th, 2018 and finish on Sun, Aug 5th, 2018.
To participate, please register yourself on the event register page. You can register individually or mention your running group when you register, your choice.
There is no restriction on where you can run. Indoor or outdoor, any place. On the road, on a treadmill, inside a park, as long as you run.
If you are following a training plan, train as per that plan. On rest days, or on days where you are advised to cross-train, just run the minimum 2km distance at a very easy pace. This would be like your recovery day.
Missing a day would mean you miss that day, and it cannot be compensated by running twice the next day. Don’t stop your 100 days running streak if you do miss a day here or there due to an unavoidable situation, like injury, or travel. Of course, with injuries, you have to take precaution before restarting, and advice of doctor as necessary.
GUYS RULES ARE VERY STRICT ABOUT THIS , BELOW ARE SOME IMPORTANT POINTS.
1. Run 100 days straight
2. Run minimum 2km a day
3. Submit your daily run data
4. the 10-day rule

You will be required to submit your run data within 10 days of the actual run date for each day. If you miss doing that, you will not be able to enter data for those dates later.

5. The 20-km rule
If you are submitting run data for a day, and the distance exceeds 20km, then you will be required to specify a GPS activity link for that run. If you do not have a GPS activity link, and you do not use any running app or GPS watch, you can enter a maximum distance of 20km.

6. Single or multiple runs?
Your day run may be done as a single run or broken into multiple runs, as you prefer, subject to total distance being covered for the day being 2km.

GUYS I WILL BE POSTING MORE DETAILS ABOUT THIS EVENT TRY OUT AND HACKS SO THAT EASILY CAN ANY 1 COMPETE IN THIS EVENT
In the end Its all about dedication and knowing about this event.

Consistency over Persistent

It’s amazing what you can achieve when you apply persistency and consistency, they can take a small modicum of talent and turn it into great results, allowing us to achieve things that we never thought were possible. Persistency is the art of continuing especially in spite of opposition, obstacles, discouragement, and sometimes, even failure. That ability to get up one more time than you have fallen down. Consistency is about sticking to the schedule, being disciplined and making an effort each and every day. Talent alone is not enough. There are hundreds and thousands of talented people who have never achieved their goals because they lacked these two characteristics. They either gave up when they experienced failure, or they weren’t consistent about putting in the required effort. Talent without effort will always remain unfulfilled potential. Many times in my life I have taken what little talent I have and far exceeded what people thought was possible by applying persistency and co...

E-mail Etiquette

Dear Readers, This is about Email Etiquettes We should Convey our message professionally by using adequate sentence and proper justified meaning,  We Should never use abbreviations or emoticons in business emails as it is a sign of unprofessionalism.  Never include any confidential information in an E-Mail,  If you are attaching any supporting documents then mention the file name in the email body as enclosed. Always Start with Good Greetings Such as HI, GOOD MORNING, ETC Always end the body with a Question or Thanking you or Thank You  Do not forward chain letters or “junk” mail, and never make any sexist, racist or otherwise discriminating remarks in an e-mail. If you will be unavailable for some time, make use of the automatic “out of office” reply function so that you do not appear to be ignoring e-mails. I guess that would be Email Etiquettes. ......
