Nutrition and Weight Management

Readers ,

Good Morning,

Hope all are healthy and fit n Fine...!

Today I want to discuss about Simple formulae that is

Right Food + Right Time= Right Health

Guys as you can see in the above Line everything has to be Right

Its my almost 8 Months Down , and in the initial Stage of My fat Loss My Routine was 80% Workout and 20% Food WHICH IS COMPLETLY WRONG .
AND GUYS PLEASE DONT FOLLOW THIS .
It has to be 80% Food and 20% Workout in order to achieve weight loss in a healthy manner .
For that try to understand what is body requirement , How much to burn calorie , how much consume calorie , how much workout , the intensity level, and most important dedication and consistency over persistent nature , then what matters is how to sleep , what is your routine , and above all that comes the nutrition,
If you don't eat right in the duration of 6 hours from waking up , then , the whole day will be badly effected which you are completely unaware of it .
in cut short , give it a try and have a healthy food and nutritious food , for 4 week and see the difference ,
I will be discussing further upon the food and routine in upcoming posts .
stay tuned .

Persistency is the art of continuing especially in spite of opposition, obstacles, discouragement, and sometimes, even failure. That ability to get up one more time than you have fallen down. Consistency is about sticking to the schedule, being disciplined and making an effort each and every day. Talent alone is not enough. There are hundreds and thousands of talented people who have never achieved their goals because they lacked these two characteristics. They either gave up when they experienced failure, or they weren’t consistent about putting in the required effort. Talent without effort will always remain unfulfilled potential. Many times in my life I have taken what little talent I have and far exceeded what people thought was possible by applying persistency and co...

E-mail Etiquette

Dear Readers, This is about Email Etiquettes We should Convey our message professionally by using adequate sentence and proper justified meaning,  We Should never use abbreviations or emoticons in business emails as it is a sign of unprofessionalism.  Never include any confidential information in an E-Mail,  If you are attaching any supporting documents then mention the file name in the email body as enclosed. Always Start with Good Greetings Such as HI, GOOD MORNING, ETC Always end the body with a Question or Thanking you or Thank You  Do not forward chain letters or “junk” mail, and never make any sexist, racist or otherwise discriminating remarks in an e-mail. If you will be unavailable for some time, make use of the automatic “out of office” reply function so that you do not appear to be ignoring e-mails. I guess that would be Email Etiquettes. ......
