Recovery vs Fatigue

Guys
Understand a very simple logic of Recovery.
In our daily life we fall ill , we take medicine and do recovery,
we train insane and after that we recover,
we do running do some stretching exercise before and after run and recovery.
we met with road accidents, take bed rest and recover,
We went through some operations or medical procedure , take rest and do recovery,
We even fail in our examinations sometimes , we study hard and we do recovery.
We make food or provide services to consumer and if unsatisfied by them , then we provide alternative such as discounts or another services that is also a recovery.
in the end what I meant to say , everything we failed to do or success to do , there is a stage in between called as recovery stage , even if we do business and get a huge loss and after few years we recover again, that is also a recovery.
It has been emphasized that each individual's journey to recovery is a deeply personal process, as well as being related to an individual's community and society.
A common aspect of recovery is said to be the presence of others who believe in the person's potential to recover, and who stand by them.
What constitutes 'recovery', or a recovery model, is a matter of ongoing debate both in theory and in practice. In general, professionalized clinical models tend to focus on improvement in particular symptoms and functions, and on the role of treatments, while consumer/survivor models tend to put more emphasis on peer support, empowerment and real-world personal experience.
Then Why Fatigue , What is Fatigue ?
Fatigue is a subjective feeling of tiredness that has a gradual onset. Unlike weakness, fatigue can be alleviated by periods of rest. Fatigue can have physical or mental causes. Physical fatigue is the transient inability of a muscle to maintain optimal physical performance, and is made more severe by intense physical exercise. Mental fatigue is a transient decrease in maximal cognitive performance resulting from prolonged periods of cognitive activity. It can manifest as somnolence, lethargy, or directed attention fatigue. But what are the different types of Fatigues.
You can say Coffee Doesn't Seem To Be Helping,You Still Feel Tired After A Good Night's Sleep,You're Suddenly Tired Before A Social Event,Your Stomach's Been Bothering You,You're Always A Little Too Tired,You Don't Have Much Of An Appetite,You're Crying All The Time,You Have Muscle And Joint Pain,You Wake Up A Lot During The Night,You're Having Trouble Getting Out Of Bed, All Work, No Play, Barely Breathing,Being a Desk Potato or a Sofa Spud,Sleep Inconsistency, Energy Buster: Mild Dehydration, Bright Lights at Night, The Vitamins-Plus-Coffee Breakfast, Overdoing Exercise, Too Much Noise,Junk Food Overload Excess Alcohol
We can say the above stated facts are general causes of fatigueness,
Guys we need to do things in right order so that we can avoid fatigueness.
You can understand now how these are essential and at the same time dangerous also.

Consistency over Persistent

It’s amazing what you can achieve when you apply persistency and consistency, they can take a small modicum of talent and turn it into great results, allowing us to achieve things that we never thought were possible. Persistency is the art of continuing especially in spite of opposition, obstacles, discouragement, and sometimes, even failure. That ability to get up one more time than you have fallen down. Consistency is about sticking to the schedule, being disciplined and making an effort each and every day. Talent alone is not enough. There are hundreds and thousands of talented people who have never achieved their goals because they lacked these two characteristics. They either gave up when they experienced failure, or they weren’t consistent about putting in the required effort. Talent without effort will always remain unfulfilled potential. Many times in my life I have taken what little talent I have and far exceeded what people thought was possible by applying persistency and co...
