Guys I will share about my Event Results and Experience .

Let me tell me something about pre event scenario here , whole week I was on normal cardiac exercise on 12/01/19 I did a small run of 7 km and in the night did 5.67 km scandal foot running and then went to the event.
my timing was good it was around 62 minutes for 10 Kilometres and there was no halts and no water.
I was determined that water intake to be zero and no halts. I has dry fruits before the event to be mentioned .
but guys there should a half a cup water intake at every 5 km which I dint followed .
thought this was personal best .
running was good , route was awesome and hydration point was also good , but what I missed lack of speed and stamina , as we train harder and harder our muscle memory becomes more powerful, in later post I will discuss about what is muscle memory.
but now let me tell me that before these events and after these events there should be pre and post run stretching , that simply sets of normal exercises to be performed so that body can be injury free.
as we know running is vigorous exercise , the nutrition, food , training , lifestyle and etc , to be specific everything should be in exact right manner .
so the run was started at 6.30am and I personally use STRAVA app to track my running 
at 6 km down it was very easy and body was used to running but I was afraid if I increase my speed I may loose my breath and loose my pace and timing therefore I continued on my same time and clocked at 6.15km/min average pace .
Guys when the event was over it was a huge victory for me , because I made my personal best as mentioned above.
But in the midst or running there lies a loneliness and aloneness feeling which is very unique feeling, as you cant even cry or cant even laugh at that point of time...
