Drinking Habits

Dear readers , Today i will telling the truth about drinking , at the age of 18 i used to drink occasionally but at the age of 23 , it was my habit. sooner or later i realise that drinking regularly is bad , well is not about regularity but , its about drinking consumption, if the consumption would have been in controlled i wouldn't had stopped it , but day by day it was increasing and money , where did the money came from , well i work i earn and drink. but sooner or later i realise that it was difficult for me to control the quantity of consumption , hence from jan 2018  i decided not to drink since then its been 8 month i havent drink a single drop. see guys , its simple , if we decide and take a step for a cause or for a reason , then anything can done

Digestion

Dear Readers , Today i bring forward toward a new topic of Digestion Usually  Digestion time varies between individuals and between men and women. After you eat, it takes about six to eight hours for food to pass through your stomach and small intestine. Food then enters your large intestine for further digestion, absorption of water and, finally, elimination of undigested food. Guys Please note  Total transit time, from eating to excretion, averaged to 53 hours  The average transit time through just the large intestine is  40 hours, with significant difference between men and women: 33 hours for men, 47 hours for women. This is for the Normal Food Such daily routine food, now if you eat pizzas and burgers then , its hell lot of time of digest it. Try to think always that what you eat is always digested completely without and fat accumulation. Like For E.g. Fitness Goal

Dear Readers, It doesn't matter whether we are engaged in jobs, household activities or etc etc , But if we regularly try to devote 15 minutes of exercise on daily basis then it would be great game change for life in long term benefits. Like there are two things eat healthy and sleep sound and rest is all routine If we devote these 15 minutes daily after we woke up and before we go to sleep , then it would make a difference. Trust me try for a month and result will be in front of you. Few simple very very simple exercise i can suggest are as follows: AFTER WE WAKE UP IN THE MORNING 1. deep breath and a small walk like 500 mtrs or 0.3 mile 2. listen to song and go for a short walk BEFORE  YOU GO TO SLEEP 1. have a glass of water and walk for 0.5 mile or 800 mtrs 2.
