Readers , Its been six been I have doing exercise , and I have lost almost 17KG of my weight ,  I can express how good it felt. but Few thigs such as , now I am more active , now I eat more, my mind automatically divert towards thinking that whether the food I am going to eat is healthy or easy digestive or not ? my Body and soul automatically suggest me to eat or not for routine. The First Official Marathon

Readers , Today I am gonna share about first marathon of my life which I did. The Airtel Run for Education 2018 Dt: 25/11/2018 for 10km It went well , unexpectedly good , the night before marathon I was thinking that whether I will be able to complete it or not in 1.30hrs , but during the run , I completed in 1.24.12 hrs , which was really good. Guys I wanna tell that consistency is more important than persistency, I kept a low pace but was continuous hence , was able to do it. Drank 1 bottle mixed with Glucose energy while running , but was continuous didn't stopped. Guys there was crowd and dhol beats and fun , it was simply awesome experience. But there is one thing like , not every event is well organised , not every event is good , not every event is awesome , hence please consult to someone experienced and then register All the best.

How to sleep After Exercise

Guys , its very important to understand that sleeping is very essential for muscle recovery. we have all felt the benefits of a great night sleep. but its even more important for athelethes and body builders to rest properly to aid muscle recovery and growth after exercise. after a big race or heavy training session , sleeplessness can occur, which is also known as post-exercise insomnia. we can prevent this by working out no less than 3 hours before bedtime Drinking lots of water before and during and after exercise Only consume caffeine before the workout A hot Shower will prepare body for sleep. About my yesterday's routine I.E 12/11/2018

Today , I am sharing about my yesterday routine . try to read whole at once woke up at 4.30am as usual timing got freshen up , went to cow stable for cow milk , as we don't drink packet or box container milk. came back , went for exercise at 5.40am , reached there , did exercise till 7.10am (cardio, crossfit, mucle pumping -all are free hand ) then played volleyball till 8.00 am Came back and went to office at 8.30am Came back from office 8.00pm at home , went for Fartlek running for 10km approx. Came back , post running walking for 1 km started played volley ball till 11.30pm , came back to home , went to sleep at 12.30am with dinner . note: dint told the food I had through this routine .

Guys, Today I shall tell you about Water intake , There's a saying that the 70% in our body is water and 70% are water bodies over Earth,  we can say that  When you’re thirsty, drink. Over-hydration and water intoxication happens when you drink more water than your kidneys can get rid of via urine. But the amount of water isn't the only factor. How long you take to drink the water also counts. You have a greater risk of developing water intoxication if you drink a lot of water in a short period of time. The risk is less if you drink the same amount over a much longer period of time. We all, know that shaving, trimming , clipping is part of our regular routine , today there are numerous styles, procedure, techniques and ways to shave to keep up good looking thing , but , in the end what matter is the old age. and as we grow old , our cheeks become soft and rough , hence leave many remarks and rashes , mostly we found greenery , so here what we can do and how can we prevent it , let tell a glimpse of it , Firstly, with some luke warm water , we should clean our face , for some warmth in the cheeks , it will soften the cheeks and make it easy for us to shave. Secondly , use maximum time foam as foam is better then cream if not , and use some cream or oil accordingly (I will not suggest which company cream or oil as different skin suits different cream and oil) apply cream or oil , then apply foam. Dear Readers, Today I will tell about what is the difference between running and cardio exercise? which type of exercise is required? how much required? how long required? benefit of these exercise! Running as discussed in earlier posts , its a vigorous fast and effective exercise to loose weight, increase speed, endurance, metabolism, and other many factors , .
