Guys WE WASTE WATER DURING OUR BATH TRUST ME OR NOT , BUT ITS A TRUE FACT. Earlier People used to wash their clothes once a week, now they use their washing machines every day. We used to have baths once a week, now we have showers every day. Bathing, washing and teeth cleaning uses up 21 per cent of a household’s water. A running tap spews out six litres of water a minute. A bath can hold 80 litres, while a conventional electric shower uses 62 litres of hot water in a typical eight-minute ablution and costs around 30p for water and electricity. I was determined that water intake to be zero and no halts. Guys , Today I want to discuss about yesterday's incident which happened with me during heading back to home from office. Let me first discuss about the incident . What happened I stopped by to me nearby home shop to buy some candies , the shopkeeper was absent and his wife was there , what happened one man arrived and was ordering her to make "pan" (leaves of the betel plant wrapped around tobacco, fruit, etc. and chewed , especially because they have a pleasant effect like a drug.) Now what happened during the procedure of making pan , he ordered and was saying please put this ingredient and that ingredient by different rather common names. Guys, I have registered for 100 Days of running Event and I am pretty excited for this event. Let me tell you about this event. This is the The 4th edition of 100 Days of Running will start on Sat, Apr 28th, 2018 and finish on Sun, Aug 5th, 2018. To participate, please register yourself on the event register page. You can register individually or mention your running group when you register, your choice. There is no restriction on where you can run. Indoor or outdoor, any place. On the road, on a treadmill, inside a park, as long as you run. If you are following a training plan, train as per that plan. On rest days, or on days where you are advised to cross-train, just run the minimum 2km distance at a very easy pace. This would be like your recovery day. Missing a day would mean you miss that day, and it cannot be compensated by running twice the next day.
